How Automation Works
Our patent pending fully automated top fill system saves labor, time and money. The system requires no outside data source and utilizes a proprietary vision system to measure box size and remaining box void space.
You queue your boxes ahead of the measurement station. We induct boxes, one at a time to determine the box dimensions and remaining void in the box. After measurement, the box travels to the fill station to receive the exact amount of ExpandOS™ material for your box.
